A Trusted Team

Matthew brings his strong knowledge of construction, sales, planning and financial fundamentals to every McAndrew Developments project. He has spent more than 20+ years in the development and project management of residential projects, including master-planned communities, residential subdivisions, mid-rise apartments and townhouse developments.

He has proven his ability to analyse market forces, development constraints and opportunities in order to identify suitable projects. With this knowledge he then oversees development from site acquisition, concept development, feasibility analysis and vendor negotiations through planning, procurement, construction, marketing and sales.

Scott manages the project marketing and sales team.

He also works at a strategic level with clients to help inform their decisions and make a positive difference to the outcomes that are achieved.

He understands that people are at the core of every development and creates visionary places that bring people together. He has continued to develop strong relationships with Queensland’s leading builders, as well as maintaining and growing a large network of professional referral groups across Australia, and right throughout Asia.

Joel is a Lawyer specialising in property development and body corporate law.
He has over 12 years’ experience in the property industry, with over seven years legal experience. Joel’s clients are predominantly developers, private property owners and body corporates.

Joel’s experience includes advising clients in relation to titling advice, off the plan contract and disclosure preparation, large scale project conveyancing, development agreements, advice under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (Qld) and the Land Sales Act 1984 (Qld) and development site acquisitions and disposals.
